 Experience
the adventure and excitement of riding with a real Husky dog sled
team yapping and barking with the anticipation of pulling you
around the bay! A local "Musher" offers his skill and expertise in taking
guests for short trips across the ice and snow. This memorable
experience might be the highlight of your winter vacation. |

| Downhill Skiing at Ski Gull |
 Enjoy
the Brainerd Lakes Ski Area, located only 8 miles from Cragun's!
Ski Gull has a 290 foot vertical drop, 13 runs, 3 tow ropes,
triple chair lift, snow making equipment, and is open mid December
to mid March. A great family slope that is safe and friendly for beginning
skiers, with rental boots, poles, skiis and "Bunny Hill" instruction. Also, snow
channels have been built for snowboarding addicts.
Cragun's offers discounted ski tickets to guests at the Front Desk
where you may inquire about

| Horsedrawn
Trolley Ride and a Warm Campfire |
 Enjoy a half-hour horsedrawn "trolley"
ride with the family pulled by a matched team of Clydesdales with
"jingle bells". This is cheery winter fun at it's
best for all ages. The complimentary ride
encompasses the mile long Cragun's shoreline with a descriptive
narration of the resort's development and history. After
your ride, warm up at our cheery campfire with a cup of hot
chocolate and roast marshmallows. Available most winter Saturday
afternoons. |

Fishing/Marina |
 Gull Lake is one of Minnesota's finest ice fishing
lakes. Our ice fishing houses are
placed at the "dropoff" in front of the resort (there's no need to go across the bay to find the
"lunkers"). They feature 4 or 6 holes, heated, and
equipped with lights, chairs, and "rattle reels". Our guests have caught several trophy
walleye, northern and panfish. Our
staff will walk or drive with you to your fish house, open holes
and get you set up for a "reel" Minnesota tradition.

 A big, lighted, resurfaced ice skating rink and
a separate broomball rink with nets for "pick up" or
team competition are regular events available on Gull Lake
right in front of the Lodge. At the nearby Marina, a pleasant bonfire
with plenty
of firewood and extra marshmallows are available to warm you up on chilly days. |

"Camp Cragun" with its
variety of high quality activities in a safe, caring, well supervised,
