Privacy Policy We collect email address, phone, and mailing address information from our customers to facilitate the order process and to communicate regarding requests and problems. This contact information is only used internally. We respect your right to privacy, and we do not share this information with other companies. Similarly, the billing information we collect when you make a purchase is used only in the processing of your transactions and is protected by Secure Socket Layer technology (see "Secure Transactions" below). We may occasionally send mail and email communications to our customers with advance notice of promotions and other Cragun's Resort news. If you would prefer to not receive this information, please uncheck the appropriate box to receive Cragun's email. Secure Transactions Cragun's Resort uses a secure server and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your billing and credit card information when you are placing an order. SSL technology encrypts the communication between you and Cragun's Resort, allowing only Cragun's Resort access to your information. Our site will shift into secure mode when you arrive at our order form pages to submit an order. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Most browsers version 3.x and later support SSL. To check that the connection is secure, look at the URL bar at the top of your browser window. The first characters in this line will be "https://" when a secure connection is established, as opposed to the "http://" that appears when your connection is not secure. In addition, a "locked padlock" or "key" icon should appear at the bottom of most types of browser windows when a connection is secure. According to consumer protection laws, you are protected against illegal, unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law says that your legal liability in the case of unauthorized card use is limited to $50. Call your issuing bank if you have reason to believe that your credit card number has been used without your permission. Use the Store Logging in: Start by clicking the "Sign In" link in the upper left-hand corner to log in. If you are a new customer, you will be able to create a Login ID and Password so that you will not have to reenter shipping and contact information in the future. Browsing: Browse merchandise by clicking the categories and subcategories listed under "Browse Products" on the left-hand side of the screen. Product Details: When viewing a range of products, click the thumbnail image or product name to view a larger image, product description, and color choices. Selecting Merchandise: To select a product, specify desired quantity and any optional attributes, then click the "Add One To Basket" button. You may then continue shopping until you are ready to send us your final order. Shopping Basket: To view or change the items you've designated for purchase, click the "Basket Contents" button at the top of the screen. Checking Out: When you are ready to submit your final order, click the "Checkout" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You will then be prompted for shipping and billing information and given the opportunity to confirm the details of your order. If you are concerned about submitting credit card information online, see our Privacy and Security Information. Order Confirmation: After you submit your order, an online invoice will appear. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order shortly thereafter. Order Tracking: If you would like to view the status of your order later, enter the store, log in, and then click the "Account" button at the top of the screen. Scroll to the very bottom of the next page that appears, and click the button in the "Display Order History" box. Shop now! Return Policy If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty days of receiving it for a full refund. Items that has been used or worn cannot be returned unless there is damage due to a manufacturer's defect. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount originally charged for the returned item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item. To return an item, please complete the following steps: 1. Circle return item(s) on the front of the Order Confirmation Sheet you received with the merchandise. 2. Write the reason for the return at bottom of the page. 3. Repack the merchandise with the original packing materials, enclosing the Order Confirmation Sheet. 4. Send the package by UPS or insured parcel post to: Cragun's Resort, 11000 Craguns Drive, Brainerd, MN 56401 Orders will be sent by US Mail, UPS or FedEx. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. We have a 30-day full-refund return policy. We do not currently ship our merchandise outside the US./ Foreign Orders/Shipments. Standard orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, not including holidays.
